Our encounter with Grass Solutions has been a fruitful one.  First we met your sales consultant a few months ago. He knows his product extremely well. He answered all our queries and went out of his way to make sure we knew what we were getting and wanted the finished product to be exactly what we wanted. We are very satisfied and thanks Roger for all this service.  Next I encountered your leading him Tim and his team Lee and Silo.

Tim is very professional and knows his job. He led this team well and they responded to him well. He and his team worked hard and were happy to answer my questions re the process of laying the “grass”. At the end Tim gave me tips re proper maintenance and things like raking properly. They were all very pleasant and went about their work diligently. They wanted to finish the work within two days. They work after sunset and on the second day, I turned on outside lights and they worked under those conditions till well after 6pm. Finally Tim told me there was not enough light to finish the job properly.  So he came back early on Saturday and finished the work himself.

I think you are fortunate to have such people working for you as they help give a good impression of the company that not only does the job but wants to do it extremely well.  My only disappointment was that the skips were not removed on Friday and we were inconvenienced re car parking in our driveway and garage. But that is a small price to pay for the excellent job done.
